“Keys Down If You Stay” has already become a live favorite for us so we were thrilled to finally lay it down earlier this year. Our friend OK Pederson created the brilliant video for the track, a comical and smart meditation on Cost Of Living.

Dort hat man ein neues Album aufgenommen: „Meadow“.
Das Album soll sich merklich von den bisherigen Veröffentlichungen unterscheiden. Katie White sprach von einer Nähe zu Fleetwood Mac, Steely Dan und den Eagles.
Problem: die Band hat wohl aktuell keinen Plattenvertrag... man darf gespannt sein.

Oh, sehr schön. Cola hats mir immer wieder in meinen Spotify-Algorithmus reingespült und "Deep in View" gefällt mir mittlerweile richtig gut.
Gut, dass ich die QOTSA zwar respektiere, aber kein Fan bin, sonst wäre es schwierig, sich zu entschieden: LP (Black Vinyl)? LP2 (Red Vinyl)? LP3 (Green Vinyl)? LP4 (Silver Vinyl)? LP5 (Clear Blue Vinyl)? CD?
Ich habe mir jetzt ganz profan und ganz ohne Versandkosten die CD bei JPC bestellt. Wobei die auch eine hübsche grüne Vinyl-Version im Angebot haben.

Oh - fantastische Nachrichten! Hab gerade wieder öfter mal die alten Sachen gehört, komischerweise hauptsächlich die Era Vulgaris, die bei weitem nicht mein Favorit ist. Letzter Stand war für mich, dass die Arbeit an der neuen Platte aus privaten Gründen nicht voran geht.
