Drittes Livealbum des Bandleaders aus New Orleans, aufgenommen live im März 2020 im Blue Note Club in New York, schon im Wissen um den anstehenden Corona-Lockdown. Sehr energiegeladene Performance, mir gefällt das sehr. Digital gibt es zwei alternative Takes als Bonus, wenn man bei Bandcamp ordert sogar zwei weitere.

Livealbum einer Jazz-Combo aus London, mit deren Output ich mich dringend mehr beschäftigen sollte, Danke für den Tipp Facebook-Werbe-Algorithmus. Fast zwei Stunden Jazz für 1 britisches Pfund, da sollte man zugreifen (ich hätte ja wirklich mehr bezahlt, aber es ist ein Festpreis).
Ich mag so kernige Drums und Katzen in der Wäschetrommel bei Jazz ja prinzipiell sehr gerne. Das Weihnachtsalbum der Band habe ich mir vorhin auch noch geholt, gefällt mir sehr und ich habe noch nie so ein unweihnachtliches Weihnachtsalbum gehört.
