Nach ungefähr 70 Jahren musikalischer Entfremdung haben wir wieder Übereinstimmungen. Sogar 2,5. Und Björk kommt ja erst noch, wobei die zumindest mich in den letzten vielen Jahren immer enttäuscht hat

Als da wären? Bei Björk bin ich diesmal unbesorgt, so wie das Album überall gelobt wird. Sogar im ME Album des Monats, mit einem Durchschnitt von 4,69 (allein 5x die *****).
Kaitlyn und Dillon sind drin, bei Fever Ray bin ich noch nicht sicher. Von Björk konnte mich nach „Post“ und „Homogenic“ nichts mehr richtig überzeugen. Da bin ich skeptisch. Allerdings ist ihr Produzent mit seinem Solowerk in meinen Top 3.
Fever Ray und Zola Jesus liefern sich bei mir im Moment einen heißen Kampf um die Spitze. Arcas Solowerke fand ich immer zu fragmentarisch, aber was er zusammen mit Björk macht finde ich faszinierend. Ich bin mir bei Kaitlyn noch nicht so sicher, das ist zwar toll gemacht aber trifft mich emotional bisher nicht so sehr.

Ich habe sie mir gestern Abend mal wieder angehört. Ich glaube in der spex wurde die Theatralik auf "Arca" kritisiert, aber ich finde seine teilweise großen Gesten auf diesem Album sehr berührend ... eine sehr spannende Platte

Das Dillon-Album finde ich gleichzeitig nervig und gut. ich bin noch nicht so recht sicher, was ich davon halten soll. Genau so ist es übrigens bei Jessie Ware.
