"Die Augen des Drachen" ist nahezu sensationell schlecht. Der erste King von mir, der im Bücherschrank gelandet ist; mittlerweile kam auch der "Outsider" hinzu.
Das "Foucaultsche Pendel" hab ich gelesen, das hat mich aber irgendwann komplett überfordert.

Das "Foucaultsche Pendel" hab ich gelesen, das hat mich aber irgendwann komplett überfordert.
Harlan hat die ganze Dunkle Turm-Reihe gelesen und war sehr begeistert. Die "Augen des Drachen" kennt er allerdings noch nicht. Ich habe von King bislang nur Horror-Sachen, aber nichts in Richtung Fantasy gelesen. Bin mal gespannt.
Von Eco habe ich "Im Namen der Rose" mal angefangen, aber auch relativ schnell abgebrochen.

Das finde ich im Vergleich zum "Pendel" ziemlich gut wegzulesen.
@Olsen : habe drei Ecos gelesen und kann mich bis auf die "Rose" auch nicht richtig erwärmen. Das ist mir entschieden zuviel selbstverliebte Bildungshuberei. Immerhin hat er mich dazu gebracht, mich mit der Geschichte der "Protokolle der Weisen von Zion" zu beschäftigen; kann ich nur empfehlen, die ist nämlich interessant.
